The Practice of Bio Energy Meditation, Shaking and Laughing.

My first experience with Shaking and Laughing was in Bali while I was with Ratu Baugus at his Arsham near the sacred and holy Mountain Augung. This simple practice changed me , my thoughts , my body, my emotions and I awakened with a desire to continue laughing at myself and not take myself so seriously. Plus, I lost any excess baggage called weight in five days. (lw)
The practice manifests as movement of the body to music.. Following the very high vibration of the energy we may feel the body shaking, or spontaneously moving or spinning which is both simple and powerful. Many practitioners report life changing results in a very short space of time.( from Ratu Bagus website)

When we tune into the connection with the energy, the body ‘remembers’ and the energy then begins to move us. This feels amazing, some describe it as feeling like heat in the body or a feeling of electricity or fire inside. Others say, it feels like connecting with their soul, the God inside, their original self.( As I have been teaching these last few years, we are JOY)

When we practice, we allow the energy into our bodies and trust that this intelligent energy will give us everything we need. This sacred fire will return us to our natural state of harmony, unity, peace, joy and radiant health.
